How long does an order take to be delivered?
Standard editing takes 1-2 days, and once you approve the preview, the printed and framed orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What if my frame gets damaged during shipping?
We pack every frame with the utmost care using premium protective materials. However, if transit damage occurs, simply send us an unboxing video on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a quick, hassle-free replacement.
Do I get to preview the photo design before framing?
Absolutely! Customer satisfaction is our priority. We always provide a digital preview of your edited photo via WhatsApp. We only proceed with printing and framing once you give us the final thumbs up.
Can I order just a frame without any photo editing?
Yes, you certainly can. Just select the "Only frame (no editing) 🖼️" option in the order flow, and we'll process your order and ship out the premium custom frame for you to use with your own prints.
How do I place a custom or personalized idea order?
If you have a special request like merging two separate photos, designing a customized collage, or bringing a specific creative vision to life, click "I have a custom idea 💡" while ordering, describe your vision briefly, and we'll take care of it personally.
What are the accepted modes of payment?
Payments are processed securely via UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm) or bank transfer once your order details are confirmed over WhatsApp and the final pricing is set.
