Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Order Approvals
Because all our printed photos and custom frames are highly personalized, we require your approval on a digital preview before sending them to print. Once you authorize the final preview, the order is considered locked.
2. Refunds on Digital Services
Refunds for digital editing services (such as photo restoration, double exposure edits, or digital invitations) are only permitted before the final high-resolution copy is sent over to you. If we have already delivered the final files, refunds are no longer possible due to the digital nature of the product.
3. Frame Replacements for Damage
Your satisfaction is deeply important to us. If your physical frame arrives damaged due to postal handling, please follow these steps:
- Record a continuous unboxing video of the package when you receive it.
- Ensure the damage is clearly visible in the unboxing video.
- Send the video directly to our WhatsApp (+91 83415 80421) within 24 hours of delivery.
Upon verification, we will gladly arrange a swift replacement frame at no additional cost to you.
4. Cancellations
If you change your mind, you can cancel an order for a full refund as long as work has not commenced (for digital art) or the frame has not yet been processed for shipping. Please reach out to us on WhatsApp immediately to halt production.
